By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>1. Scope<\/strong><\/h3><p>1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all Principal Edition products, services and agreements.<br \/>1.2 Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>2. Products and delivery<\/strong><\/h3><p>2.1 Principal Edition provides digital scores in pdf format. A printed copy can optionally be ordered.<br \/>2.2 Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via e-mail and made available in the customer&#8217;s personal account.<br \/>2.3 The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details. In case of errors in the e-mail address provided, Principal Edition cannot be held liable for failed deliveries.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>3. Orders and payments<\/strong><\/h3><p>3.1 All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.<br \/>3.2 Payment can be made via Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay or Payconiq.<br \/>3.3 An order will not be processed until full payment has been received.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>4. Exclusion of right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p>4.1 Due to the nature of our products (digital downloads), the legal right of withdrawal does not apply, as stipulated in Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.<br \/>4.2 When placing an order, the customer acknowledges that delivery will take place immediately after payment and that there is no possibility of cancellation or refund.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>5. Copyrights and restrictions on use<\/strong><\/h3><p>5.1 All scores supplied by Principal Edition are protected by copyright.<br \/>5.2 Customers receive a personalized pdf bearing a watermark identifying the owner. It is strictly forbidden to copy, distribute or circulate these files without prior permission from Principal Edition.<br \/>5.3 Violation of these terms and conditions, such as file sharing between individuals or associations, will result in legal action and may result in claims for damages.<br \/>5.4 Principal Edition cooperates with Sabam, and the composers involved receive compensation in accordance with the applicable agreements.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>6. Liability<\/strong><\/h3><p>6.1 Principal Edition is not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of profits, loss of data or consequential damages.<br \/>6.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the order that gave rise to the dispute.<br \/>6.3 Technical failures or interruptions in access to our website or systems are considered force majeure and cannot result in compensation.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>7. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3><p>7.1 In the event of force majeure, our obligations will be temporarily suspended or, if the situation continues, the contract may be terminated.<br \/>7.2 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: failures in IT systems, cyber attacks, strikes, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond our control.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>8. Complaints and Disputes<\/strong><\/h3><p>8.1 Complaints about our products or services can be made at <a href=\"mailto:info@principaledition.com\">info@principaledition.com.<\/a> We will deal with any complaint within a reasonable period of time.<br \/>8.2 In case of disputes, we will strive for an amicable solution. If this is not possible, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>9. Intellectual property rights<\/strong><\/h3><p>9.1 All materials, including scores, logos, text and designs, are the exclusive property of Principal Edition or its suppliers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.<br \/>9.2 It is prohibited to use, copy or distribute these materials without our express written permission.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>10. Privacy and data processing<\/strong><\/h3><p>10.1 Principal Edition processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. More information can be found in our Privacy and Cookie Statement.<br \/>10.2 The customer agrees to the processing of necessary data for processing orders and improving our services.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>11.
